Character: Vicky, the Babysitter
Fandom: Fairly Odd Parents
Character Notes:
History:
• Vicky started to babysit Timmy when she was fourteen and he was eight.
• She does other various jobs outside of babysitting. One of the jobs was waitressing.
• In Vicky Gets Fired, Vicky loses her job after Timmy manages to reveal the true Vicky to his parents. However, he realized that without Vicky he had no fairy god parents. In the end, he opted to get her rehired and deal with her torment.
• At various points of the show, Vicky often teams up with Mr. Crocker and a few other people that want are after Timmy for various reasons. The Big Superhero Wish is an example, where she’s dressed as a villain mimicking, Wolverine from X-Men.
• In Vicky Looses her Icky, Timmy wishes that Vicky be nice. Her evil traits are formed into a parasite that goes looking for a new host throughout the episode. While she is nice, she dotes on Timmy and does all the chores and is an extremely likeable person.
• In revenge on The Switch Glitch, Timmy switches roles with Vicky, where he is the babysitter and she is the young child. He has fun tormenting her and making her miserable. His actions cost his fairies and they were presented to her instead. So in turn, Vicky uses her fairies to torture Timmy. Although, as a child she was a nice girl.
• During Channel Chasers, she’s shown as the supreme ruler where she has lots of followers. She spends the time trying to stop Timmy Turner from changing things, only to fail. Timmy is triumphant and changes the future so Vicky is no longer the ruler and things are peaceful.
• While most cases Vicky was shown to rule the world or have the upper hand in Abra-Castrophe, she was considered complacent. She obediently followed Mr. Crocker, who was the one ruling the world at this time.
• During Snowbound, Vicky and Timmy were both forced to work together in an attempt to stay alive. Vicky realized that she needed Timmy in order to continue to have work. Timmy realized he needed Vicky to keep his fairies. Timmy also realized that Vicky was miserable and not being her usual self. He was beginning to see a different side in her that he didn't realize was there. The two of them thought they were being attacked by a snow monster, which only later turned out to be a guy dressed in a costume serving pizza.
• In Grow Up Timmy she was only seeing briefly. As an adult she’s running a day care center. Jorgen accidentally hits her with a love arrow in an attempt to hit Timmy. She is incidentally in love with Jorgen and spends most of the time chasing him around.
Personality:
Vicky is sixteen year old girl with a fiery temper. Amongst adults she appears to be very sweet and wanting only the best for others and eager to make a few bucks. Once the adults are out of the picture, she becomes a maniacal tyrant. She believes in fear and punishment when babysitting the children she’s placed in charge with. She is quick to make sure they do all her work and should they step out of line she is quick to punish them. In the end she will be the one to take the credit. The children are often too afraid to speak up against Vicky and the parents are gullible to her every word.
Her favorite charge is Timmy Turner. His parents often resort to her to watch over him while they go off to their only adult destinations. She is also the reason why Timmy was given fairy god parents. Her first day with him, she made him so miserable. Even though, she is despised by Timmy, he is codependent on her. Without her, he would no longer be able to have his fairy god parents. He has to endure the misery she places on him, in order to keep the two fairies he has come attached to.
Vicky is often on the receiving end of all the pranks and magical changes that Timmy has his fair god parents do. Yet, she never knows the cause behind these changes and feels that a lot of the mysterious equipment used is bought off the internet. Briefly, she was advent on finding out the truth behind it (but that role is later given to Timmy’s teacher, Mr. Crocker.)
Even though the two rarely get along, Vicky does deep down care for Timmy and has on occasion rescued him. After all, he is the reason why she gets paid. She can’t afford to lose her favorite charge.
Vicky idolized Chip Skylark, a famous young singer. However, after Timmy had his way she no longer idolized him and declared him as an enemy. Chip had gone so far as writing about a song calling her Icky Vicky. The song of course became quite popular and Vicky found that even more humiliating. Later she grew to fall in love with a guy named Ricky. He was someone that Timmy conjured up to distract her. He was everything that she desired and she felt they were soul mates. However, in the end Timmy found out that Ricky was merely manipulating Vicky and was just using her to get her money. He works to set Ricky up with someone over the internet and points to Vicky how shallow he really was. While Vicky is used to idolizing any hot popular young men, she’s not used to having someone idolize her, an alien known as Mark Chang. Vicky happens to be everything he wants in a young lady and appears blind and ignorant to the fact that Vicky is not interested in him and thinks it’s some kid dressed in a costume.

First Person (entry type):
Dear Diary,
I hate music. I hate it, hate it, hate it! I always wanted to have a song written for me...not in the way it HAPPENED! Can you believe it? Icky Vicky is the NUMBER ONE song out there right now....It's not even ACCURATE!
It's all because of the twerp's fault! I'm going to make him pay for it...and Chip Skylark too! They will know what happens when they mess with me. I mean, what did I even do to him to deserve that horrible song? I only worshipped him and adored him… What’s wrong with that? I thought things were going pretty well too! Hmph! Someday they will pay!
Third Person:
Vicky sat outside, stretched out in a lawn chair. Nearby she had Timmy waving her with a big fan an holding her ice tea. She gave a satisfied smile. This was the life. It was such a delight being in charge. She didn’t have to do anything. She was very persuasive in making sure that the children she babysat did their chores and the work she had to do as well. Mentally she checked off the list of torture she had in store for the day. Timmy was so easy and his parents were so gullible. He was her favorite charge.
She could see the resentment in Timmy’s eyes and the sweat rolling off his forehead. She had made sure he was right in the middle of the sun. Then she noted how the ice cubes in her ice tea had melted. “Hey, twerp! Go get me a new glass of ice tea! You were supposed to make sure the ice cubes hadn’t melted! I swear, can’t you do anything right?” She watched in delight as the boy stormed off to get another drink. She could cross that off her list. Now, what was next?
